USA TV Airs Manick Sorcar's Animation Films During Xmas
Television media of USA has done it again! Like other years, this year, too, due to popular demand from the youngsters, two of Manick Sorcar's animation classics "Deepa & Rupa: A Fairy Tale From India" and "The Woodcutter's Daughter" were telecast by two prominent PBS stations of the Rocky Mountain area, KRMA-TV and KBDI-TV of Colorado. The animation films were selected for their "clean entertainment" and "moral values", and shown during the Christmas holidays. The schedule of telecast was as follows:
